Exit festival is also held at the fort every summer. This alone can be an excellent reason to visit Novi Sad for a day.
After visiting the Petrovaradin Fortress, take a stroll around the city center and enjoy the architecture. See the Name of Mary Church with the 72-meters high bell tower. There are more remarkable buildings, including the Town Hall and the Matica Srpska building. You can also have coffee at one of the many cafes or restaurants in the pedestrian area.
